Ecolabel
This totally new system consists of a clear plastic front label, printed

on the main label, voice-activates a two minutes message, allowing

Since each bottle will carry a sequential serial code, the system can be used as computerized data service, tracking shelf and pallet devices, etc.. In fact, it is already finding its application in the shipping industry, tracking goods receipts and despatches, as well as stock movement.
The ecotag label can be particularly important in the wine industry,
as it can be applied to premium wines without altering bottle, cork or
crown.
Ecowine
In this patented solution, Modulgraf has concentrated all the above
innovations in one single system.
Ecowine consists of a bottle with a built-in voice-synthesis chip and
a radio frequency flat antenna. By simply placing the wine bottle in a
special container, a sound chip is activated, and one can listen to a
pre-recorded two-minute message by the wine producer or enologists
explaining wine
characteristics, grape content and production techniques.
The voice message may include an audio binary code, that is, a sound password for database access.
The RFID (radio frequency ID) antenna embedded in the label gives
access to a database for product identification, authenticity and
condition
assessment in real-time.
This system has huge industrial and logistics implication, but above all, a tremendous cultural impact, as it would provide in-depth information about the product, from price to history and beyond.
